Tips For Making Your Cheer Mix Process Easy

2018-01-18

Here are some tips that will help you to have a smooth transaction and get the Cheer Mix you want at a great price without multiple revisions.

1. When filing out the online form, be sure to select the correct options. This will properly let us know if your mix is to be "licensed" or not, if it is "pre-choreographed", what the "time length" needs to be (Do NOT include non-music cheer time), etc. Your pricing and order set up will be affected by your selections. Don't worry, if you make a mistake you will be able to update the information or we can start from scratch if necessary.

2. Have your music selected and make sure you have gone through your "song selection" criteria (See our blog article on "Song Selection"). With the new music rules in place, having to change out licensed songs later can greatly affect any revision costs. If you do not have a preference on music, we are happy to help select songs that will match your teams age, skill level and any theme you may have.

3. If your routine is "pre-choreographed", provide us with legible 8-count sheets with the necessary information (See our FAQ/Tips page on how to fill out 8-count sheets as well as for printable sheets for use). Avoid writing your routine out in long-hand/paragraph form. This is both hard to follow and confusing for producers.

4. Order BEFORE rush season. It is best to give yourself plenty of time and plan ahead to allow for any adjustments/revisions or waiting on your school for payment processing. Avoid stress and give your team plenty of time to learn, practice and perfect the routine. Your competition performance will be much more polished giving you a better chance at victory!

Please contact us if you should require any assistance in placing your order or communicating your needs. We look forward to providing you with an exciting, award-winning (and affordable) Cheer Mix!
