The contests are usually for breast augmentation or plastic surgery.

Listeners email their creative stories on why they need it and 12 winners are selected over a 6-week period. Many of these contests run during the holidays and have names such as 'Holiday Hooters,' 'Jingle Jugz,' 'Boob-a-palooza,' and 'Pick your Plastic.'
